Just pushed a patch with a few fixes regarding the LOD system and a issue when switching between paint layers.
Also added procedural roadside decor objects spawning.

Incase you have missed it there have been a couple of other patches since the last main release. Details below

Added - Procedural roadside object spawners

Changed - Prevent changing paint layers and channels while the transparent layer is being generated
Changed - Found and exposed some more terrain modifiers for other objects (ex. substations)
Changed - Prefab modifiers are now an extension of the transform menu

Fixed - Prefab splat modifiers being painted in the wrong position
Fixed - Issue with LOD system not updating LOD state after duplication
Fixed - Multiple LOD states being active after duplicating a object

Fixed - A bug in the code that disables balloons, damaged smoke etc disabling the prefab itself
